#35 Do You Pay Attention to How Your Speak to Yourself

Do you notice how you talk to yourself?  I did a newsletter post about this the other day, so if you receive my newsletter, it'll be familiar to you.

I often tell my yoga students that if others spoke to you how you speak to yourself, you wouldn't be friends with them.  You know, I remember when my kids were little and one time I called myself an idiot and my younger son said, "Mommy, please don't say means mean things to yourself."  But we say those things all the time.

In this episode, I share with you tips on how to start speaking kindly to yourself.
