In episode 35, we chat all about Christians and anxiety.
The Bible commands us not to fear for everyday of the year (literally 365 times), and yet, Christians still struggle with anxiety, possibly more than ever.
Why is this so?
Is anxiety a sin? We are going to explore this question, while considering our own struggles with anxiety.
We know how debilitating anxiety can be, but Christ came to save us from its stronghold.
We share practical tips to deal with anxiety and talk about our own breakthroughs from it.
We pray that those who deal with anxiety find comfort and encouragement from our conversation. And those who don't know what it's like, we encourage to listen also, to get a glimpse into what people with anxiety deal with and how to support them.
