I was honored to host Fire Fighter Robert “Buzz” Busby of the Austin Fire Department’s Ladder #1 on today's episode. Buzz is a 48-year-old husband, and father of three, who has been straight-edge for 32 years and has been with the fire service for 22.  In this episode, Buzz shares how the love of his family keeps him grounded, what he does every day to honor them, how answering the call to be a protector is both a blessing and a curse, the mental health challenges facing the modern warrior, and so much more.
