Today, I read a poem by Lang Leav called "Selfless."

This poem is dedicated to my friends and to followers of the podcast who may be feeling selfish right now for leaving a job or a relationship or limiting time with certain friendships.  My intention is to remind you that if are finding yourself leaving something you really care about then I'm willing to bet you have done all the trying, turned over every stone, and you are making the best decision right now that you know how to make <3
