Hello! This episode is about feelings and the importance of feeling our feelings because they are an integral part of the messy and marvelous job of humaning. Research will tells us that if we’re willing to feel our feelings and manage them accordingly, our anxiety, our depression, our sadness, and our struggle will be softened and often ameliorated. It’s truly a magical elixir to the unnecessary suffering we create on our own by our avoidance and inability to feel.
