Ilya Budraitskis is a political theorist, teaches at Shaninka (MSSES) and the HSE School of Design. Member of the editorial board of the "Moscow Art Magazine". His book “Dissidents Among Dissidents” was awarded the Andrey Bely Prize-2017 in the Humanitarian Research category.
