"Ask for the corner room, ask if there's an upgrade, ask if there's a bathtub! Why not? Simple. Ask for the best table at the restaurant when you go. You know? Why not?? It's so easy for us to do these little things that bring us joy, that make us happy, that make things easier on us. Why not do it?"

"Allow yourself to give permission that when your body's being touched, you're telling your brain you deserve it! You don't only get a massage when you hurt your back, you get a massage when you need to feel another human touching you. And everything in between. But every breath and every moment in that undulation as the oxygen's moving through your body or the pressure is building and rising through you, you're telling yourself, 'I'm worthy, I deserve this. I'm doing this for me. Just because.'"
