Welcome back to another week. I hope your Thanksgiving was spent in the best ways and that you ate lots of good food! On today's episode we are talking about SOURDOUGH! One of my big passions. I have been baking this bread for almost 3 years now, I can't believe it!
I have been baking loaves for the Holiday months for you all and so I figured why not chat about it on the show since I haven't yet. I know so many of you have followed my journey with baking this. I have shared starter with many of you and helped many get going on their own sourdough journey. It has truly been an honor.
In this episode we talk about my journey to baking this kind of bread, what is a "starter", how it's made, how it breaks down majority of gluten, what you all need to make it, and so much more. I know you will learn a lot and hopefully just enjoy a conversation with me about some delicious and nutritious bread.
