Today's topic is one that will keep showing up in future episodes because it is something about which I am hugely passionate. There is so much to cover on this front, but for now, here are 12 important things to keep in our hearts and minds when raising teenagers. 

Each one of the 12 have crossed my coaching radar in some way, shape or form recently so they feel particularly pertinent to share. It is not easy to grow up in this world of ours.
