For me, health is more than moving my body and fuelling my body with nourishing foods. Health to me is having my body work optimally producing the functions that it should exactly how they should. It is having a regular period, it is waking up with energy everyday, it is being able to switch out of stress mode into relaxation mode easily and quickly.

In today's episode I go through the things that I prioritise to keep my hormones healthy and balanced to help me achieve this level of health that I aspire for.
