Ever since I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, I wondered if there were strategies to improve my breathing so that I could maintain health, wellness and performance. After talking to Barbara, I learned that much of what I was doing was good, but there is so much more that I need to know. My biggest takeaway from our conversation was that we should be more concerned about breathing efficiency, versus capacity or strength.
