Alycia Dukes spent three decades in dentistry, and then 3 years ago launched her own company, Managers with a Mission. Her goal is to fill the employee benefit void that plagues the dental industry. 

Alycia’s passion stemmed from her own experience as a mother of 5, an Army wife, and someone who works full time (and more). She knows she is not alone in wearing many hats, so she understands that we all need a little extra support to "do it all."
