Today's guest is Meagan Cole she lives in Halifax Nova Scotia with her husband and 2 little boys. She has been a pediatric registered nurse for 13 years. Growing up she was always the natural caregiver and has always loved helping people, becoming a nurse only made sense. Halfway into her career, she knew this was not how she wanted to spend the rest of her life working full-time shift work in a hospital so she started to look for something else. Her entrepreneurial journey began with a network marketing company and this opened her eyes to the world of self development. Meagan became obsessed with working to improve herself so that she could help others in ways outside of nursing. Last year Meagan started hosting women's self development events and workshops which have grown in size and popularity since. Alongside growing her event business she launched an apparel line called Rise Up Shine Bright which is designed for the woman who knows she's made for more. Meagan says investing time and money in self development are the best ways to to make the most out of this short life we have on earth! By doing so it's giving her courage to build an extraordinary life.
