In this week's episode Debbie McAllister and Victoria Fontana explore the question, how would you know you are holding onto old stories & patterns. As well as sharing some practical tips for navigating uncertainty.  

Victoria Fontana is a channel, intuitive writing teacher, and intuitive alignment coach. Through her practiced methods of releasing old negative patterning, intuitive writing, and practical yet fun tools she has created, she helps clients align with their inner guidance so they can up-level, and experience less stress and more flow in their career and life. 

She believes that a woman’s toughest obstacle from self-sovereignty, work-life flow, love, and abundance is only herself and by aligning her physical body with her energetic soul-Self, she will become the conscious creator she was meant to embody. This work is so important to her not only because she believes in the healing power of the woman in society, but also because each woman healed is one who will impact the next generation of women by interrupting the cycle of raising young girls separated from their inner awareness. The benefits of reconnecting to our inner awareness are often miraculous. 

Victoria has witnessed women release decades-old stories around relationships that ironically freed up emotional space to thrive in business. She watched as a woman held back in a job that made her ill realize she needed to forgive her parents before she could move on. As a double Capricorn, Victoria thrives on practicality and process, but as a dreamy, emotional empath she has discovered how to blend these two often disparate personality traits in order to serve the modern woman.
