In this episode we talk about a retreat I’ve been on last week. This wildflower retreat was all about womanhood, reconnecting with your feminine & honouring the latter through several practices such as cacao ceremonies. The episode starts with a tiny life update, followed by a little explanation about the retreat and my 7 personal intentions for this retreat. Afterwards I’ll tell you about 3 of the many things we did and experienced during the retreat; amongst others cacao visions, healing workshops, & ecstatic dance!
