Each moment offers a choice. A choice of thoughts, attention or action. 

The choice either reflects our Soul`s intend or it does not. 

When the choice is in alignment, we feel joyful, passionate and open.

When the choice is in resistance towards the natural Self we feel depressed, bored and closed. 

The only goal is to align moment by moment with the choice of the Soul and therefore surrender the Ego.
