I’m honored to have Neca Allgood as my guest this week. Neca received her PhD in molecular biology, owns a small engineering consulting company, and has a child who is transgender. 

Neca’s story sheds light on the challenges and joys of raising a transgendered child, and provides insight and advice for other parents who may be going through a similar experience. I’m inspired by Neca’s story and hope to promote greater understanding and empathy for all members of the LGBTQ+ community.
