Leadership is a topic that has been written about for thousands of years. Today I spit out some thoughts that were burning regarding it. Leadership defined is the transfer of character qualities from one person to another(s). The goal is to show people by example how they can be successful. It’s casting a vision over someone’s life that they can subscribe to and go ALL IN on.
