David LaBelle, Human Resources Generalist at Blue Label Labs, shares his pearls of wisdom with us in this latest episode of The Shape of Work podcast. He talks about the current state of hiring around the world as well as how times and technology have changed.

David has an overall work experience of seven years. He did his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and got his Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Wisconsin. He started his career at Starbucks and has later moved to companies such as Plum Direct Marketing and Fraser Shipyards. He has also worked with the U.S. Air force as an Airman.
