Kevin Bullard, along with his wife Cetelia, are the founders of Marriage Works!, an organization based out of McKinney Texas, where Kevin serves as the President.

Marriage Works was created to help good couples make better decisions when it comes to their relationships.

Kevin has served as a pastor for 5 years and as an associate pastor for 10 years. He and Cetelia have been married for 16 years, and they have three children – Max, Caitlin, and Kuria Joy.
