One time Samantha Skelly showed up for her meditation class late, so she was offered a breathwork class instead. She was skeptical, but tried it out anyway. She thought it looked like an orgy, the energy healer leading the session told her that her brain was broken, and she bawled her eyes out… and she LOVED it. So she asked herself: how does the whole world not know we have the ability to feel this?
