In this week's vlog, I explain briefly what stimming is and how it is done safely for me along with the importance of understanding how stimming is a necessary part of living for some autisitic individuals in of which there needs to be not only awareness but accpetance of stimming as part of being autistic as long as it is done in a safe and appropriate manner but does not interfere with one's quality of life.
