Marketing in a noisy world can be a challenge for us all, and maybe more so if you are an introvert. In this episode, we talk about Jenny's own career path, how to understand your personality type, work in ways that suit you best, reframing how you think about marketing and feeling less icky about sales. Plus, we have a good natter about podcasting, how that has helped our businesses grow and how Jenny as a mentor to me gave me the confidence I needed when I changed careers.

Visibility is one of those social media buzzwords you’ve probably been hearing more of lately – but what does it really mean to be visible online and why should you care about it?
As a business owner, whether you have a product or service-based business, being successful on social is more than having a good-looking feed. You can create and curate the most interesting, entertaining and informative content, but it’s all for nothing if you aren’t getting it in front of people – especially your ideal customers and clients.
And getting in front of those people is about more than pumping out post after post.

Milla is a great example of a social media expert who puts her own advice into action, and in this episode we talk about what that means. I’ve watched her increase her visibility and grow significantly on Instagram in 2020, with a really engaged audience and consistently valuable content. In this episode, we talk about how a New Year’s resolution to make more IGTVs was a huge turning point in her own social presence, her tips for making Lives less terrifying, where to get content ideas from, how to tap into what your audience wants to know and ways to build an engaged audience. Plus, we dig into Reels and make predictions for what 2021 will bring for social.
