There’s a growing range of ethics podcasts available to download — what makes this particular range interesting is that there’s not only ones that are useful introductory and advanced level discussions on the the topic of ethics, but also some that can be listened to with the younger years. Here’s some of my recommendations:
Ethics Bites podcast: The full series — following on from Philosophy Bites, a series worth getting into.Short and Curlies — new Australian podcast on ethics for children and parents with questions and ideas.AMA Journal Of Ethics — Ethics Talk podcasts — medical profession-focused, but covers an interesting range of topics for anyone interested in ethics within the field of healthcare.Public Ethics Radio — no longer updated, but still a good resource.Everyday Ethics — a weekly podcast on NPR.Audible Ethics — a student run podcast that investigates topics and asks questions.Hi-Phi Nation — new short series philosophy podcast.inSocialWork Podcast Series: Ethics Episodes — also ended in 2012, but still useful.ABC Australia — Religion and Ethics Report — Australia’s Broadcasting Corporation show.BBC — Everyday Ethics — BBC from the UK.RTÉ’s Big Science Debate — podcast from Ireland, lots of range.Online Journalism Ethics and blogger’s rights — a meta-look at podcasting and ethics.
