Sometimes regret quietly becomes identity.
“I did something wrong” becomes:
“There is something wrong with me.”
Lesson 93 asks us to separate behaviour from being.
A mistake may still need repair.
An apology may still matter.
Living differently may be part of what we owe the experience.
But responsibility does not require us to make one moment the final verdict on who we are.
“Light and joy and peace abide in me.”
Today, consider:
Is there something I still need to repair—or am I continuing to punish myself after the lesson has already been learned?
Practice for Today
Bring to mind something you still judge yourself for.
Repeat:
“Light and joy and peace abide in me.
My sinlessness is guaranteed by God.”
Or:
“My deepest Self has not been destroyed by my mistakes.
What Love created in me is still here.”
Then ask one practical question:
“Is there any repair that is still mine to make?”
If there is, let responsibility guide you.
If there is not, notice whether shame is asking you to keep punishing yourself anyway.
