Close your eyes just so softly and breathe and chill. You don't need to understand anything or follow anything. Just focus on the voice. And I promise you a relaxing 12 minutes.

This is an introduction to meditation in Hindi.

This meditation is for anyone and everyone regardless of culture, religion, race, gender, age, language. This will give the listeners a kick off that will last for days. There are no rules here. Just put on headphones. Find a comfortable and quiet place (if possible) close your eyes lightly, hands any where on your body and relax. Be prepared to connect with your inner being, God, Source, Angels...... Be prepared to have fun
