We spend a lot of time clenching. Holding on. Bracing. Trying to make things happen and trying to keep things from falling apart. It's part of being human. Without noticing, we forget that underneath all of it there's a stillness that was never lost. 

This practice is an invitation to unclench. To loosen the grip. To open up into the calm that is always there, in the deepest layers of who you are.

Only listen to this when you're lying down. Not while driving or doing anything else.
