Food Brain is thinking about food when you aren't hungry, planning your groceries or looking at a menu. Food brain is talking to your husband about the cut of meat you served last night at 6am the next day or planning out how you are going to "not eat" today. Food Brain is one of the biggest barriers to developing a Naturally Thin mind. A mind that doesn't think about food unless you are hungry or in a way that serves you.
