What's your focus this year?  Mine is SOUL LOVE if you couldn't already tell from the title. :)

Many of us start the New Year intending to improve our BODY.  We start a new workout program, diet, or eat differently.  Other years we intend to strengthen the MIND.  We improve our productivity habits, meditate, and focus our energy on improving the mind.   But how many years have you focused your energy on your SOUL?  Strengthening our sacred connection to the soul can be easily overshadowed by the promises of a beach body or greater productivity in our workday.  But we must not forget that we are a triad:  a body, mind, and soul.
