In this late Friday night episode we talk about love. You can love hard, love can be hard, and it can be hard to love. I share an experience of heartbreak that I personally went through quite some time ago, yet pain of that experience has been creeping up on me lately. This pain has been triggered through meeting someone new, and the fear that comes with losing someone all over again. This time I decide to actively heal, to surrender to the moment and to let go of control. I have found that it’s important to know what one would like from a potential partner, however just as important to know what one has to offer. We will talk through an example of this, which possibly gives you new insights, as it has for me. Don’t get me wrong, it hasn’t been easy, I’ve probably cried more this week than I have this whole year, but I’m trying the best I can.
