Self-growth is a difficult and lengthy process that never ends. When we look inward and live our truth, we'll finally get a chance to know who we truly are, instead of the cookie cutter, merry-go-round version we've been living to fit our environment. But it's all so daunting and scary. Where do we begin? How do we change the things we don't like about ourselves? How can we cultivate self-love and more meaningful relationships with people? Why is pure happiness so difficult to come by?

You Yourself and Why is a motivational look at the process and lifestyle of self-discovery. We'll discuss topics ranging from health and wellness practices, spirituality, stress management, trauma, fulfillment, and tons more. Learning more about yourself than you ever thought possible and finding out why it matters to know yourself. Opening up and sharing is where it all begins. Self-help is one thing, but knowing who you truly are and why this "you" needs to live out loud is what I am all about.
