Phrases to look for: It has become a habit. Practise what you preach. What a great enrichment it has brought to my life. The moral of the story. Transcription: “Hello there, everybody, how are you doing? DebOnAir here, and today it's Friday. And it's now part of my routine on a Friday that I begin my day with an hour of yoga at my local fitness studio, Galaxy, and with the lovely Carl.

It was not so long ago that I was telling you about my first yoga session where I was very nervous and excited. But now it's become a habit. I made the usual beginner's mistake of liking yoga and going nuts in the first couple of weeks, until about last Friday, when after going to every single yoga session that the fitness studio offered, I found I could hardly walk any longer.

Lesson learned. What do I tell everybody? A little and often.

Not a lot and often and all the time. I should practice what I preach. So I'm under control now, and I can tell you that what a great enrichment that has brought to my life.

So maybe the moral of this story is don't be afraid to try something new, and it can surprise you. And maybe I'll leave you with that thought going into the weekend. I hope you're doing something good for yourself and relaxing and enjoying it.
