37. It's Never Too Early To Start (Interview with 15 -year-old powerlifter Peyton Faas)
In this episode, Lauren interviews 15-year-old competitive powerlifter Peyton Faas. Over the years, Peyton has learned how to properly lift from her mom, Heather Faas, who is a competitive powerlifter and placed first at the USA Powerlifting Battle of the Regions at the Arnold Sports Festival in Ohio.
At only 8 years old, Peyton set all national records at the USA Powerlifting Youth Nationals. Through powerlifting, Peyton has realized that if she wants to attain a goal, with hard work and consistency anything is possible.
