The radar seems to be operating flawlessly. We were expecting to receive all the simulated data. "We've performed the test, and we didn't get any signal, but the test accomplished all of its objectives." Some of us were sitting around the table saying, "What? What exactly are you trying to sell us?"

Radio Two was receiving on a slightly different frequency, so this was potentially disastrous.
