Many of us have at least a few extra pounds we'd like to lose.
And then we create lots of mind drama around those pounds and the food we eat.
So here's the question we have to ask ourselves - should we commit to losing those pounds or not?
And it's a critical question because if we commit for the wrong reasons it's likely not going to end well.
When we do it for the right reasons we greatly increase both our commitment level and our odds of success.
Despite what many diets try to tell you, losing weight is always going to be an uncomfortable process. So if we're not clear on why we're doing it and we don't love our reasons, that discomfort will be too much for us to overcome.
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31
