Being able to speak up for what you want and need is not always an easy thing to do. We spend our childhoods seeking our parents approval and, when not resolved, we take this into our relationships too. And the whole time... we are abandoning ourselves.

Sharon Costanzo is an engineer, relationship coach, wife, and mom. As a child, she learned that striving for perfection at all times was the way to earn love and approval. Now she's on a mission to help other women free themselves and speak up for what they want and need.
