She is passionate about using her expertise to help organizations demonstrate impact, improve, and innovate. She has worked across sectors (non-profit, for-profit, government) in diverse areas, including poverty reduction, youth development, criminal justice, health promotion and screening, and technology. She has a Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan.
