Recently, someone asked me, "Lisa, what do YOU do for YOUR mental health?" I loved the question. They were wondering the little things I do for myself on a daily basis or a very regular basis that nourish me - mind, body, and soul. I was touched by this question! Some of these are so weaved into my way of being and my day that it took me a moment to name them! Other habits that I share are ones that I am currently working on.
