Not to be confused with The Matrix from 1999, although the similarities are rather striking, (Isn't the name a little obvious guys?) this episode takes us deep into a computer reality where Borg droves from around the universe can meet and interact as individuals while 7 of 9 falls in love!  

Out of all of Voyager's cliffhangers, this is definitely one of them.
