372: "How do we find our inner melody when we've got a garage band in our head all the time?"

Listen Later

Greetings! In reality the title of this episode is but one tiny part of the whole, because I get to bring you a roundtable today!

Click play to hear my conversation with three world-class coaches. Three amazing people, Tom Lancaster, Marilyn Dollar, and ClaireYvonne Nesbitt, who have each inspired me to become the best version of myself I can possibly be, simply with their presence and their sharing of thoughts – and in one case poetry (coming up in the next episode!)

The title of this episode feels especially relevant as I write these notes, after spending some time camping.
Out in nature, but with other humans – and their generators and loud music – which, if I let it, could have truly spoiled camping experience. (I'll write more on my camping experience, including the 48 hours I spent solo camping all by my onesies!, in an upcoming free newsletter-essay, which you can sign up for here: https://bit.ly/K2essays .)

For now, sit back and enjoy an amazing conversation. I hope that hearing from these three superb coaches helps you as much as it helped me!

Cheers!
Karen (or Kay, as these folks know and refer to me)
