Alison’s story is one of transforming pain into power. Having entered the fashion world as a model at 15 the journey took her through some incredible highs and lows. Addiction and partying became a coping mechanism and a medicine for the void and loneliness she felt inside. Today Alison is 8 years in recovery March 8th and leading and living a sober lifestyle is one of the greatest gifts she has given herself.

She helps companies and individuals become the best version of themselves. Her focus is on 360 health and wellbeing with mental health; including depression, addiction and anxiety being at the forefront and focus of her work.
