Introduction
Hannah is a chemical engineer with 8 years of pulp and paper manufacturing. When she was 28, she was a department manager, responsible for billions in equipment and 120 employees who were mostly men.
Hannah has a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and is actively pursuing her Masters degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Auburn. Hannah also has a Professional Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace from ESSEC Business School.
Hannah started a business to help women step up into leadership positions and to help manufacturing sites fill their pipelines with leadership-ready female engineers.
