In this episode I talk to Aja Rutledge about creating safety wherever you go and trauma in the workplace.
Introduction
Aja's journey from perceived health to debilitating illness marked a shocking pivot in her life, one for which she was unprepared. After traditional medicine failed her, Aja took control of her own health through education, trauma recovery, and wellness practices. Now, as a certified trauma-trained Self-Alignment coach, she empowers others to align their lives and bodies, manage their wellness (with professional support), and manifest their desires.
Aja also embraces life as much as she can. Living abroad with her family, Aja has embraced the beauty and challenges of adapting to a new culture. Despite her busy schedule, Aja never misses a day of walking on the beach, finding solace and clarity in the rhythm of the waves. Learning to reconnect and realign with herself has been her biggest gift from her trauma recovery, and she is passionate about guiding others on their own journeys to self-discovery and healing.
