#38: How my smartphone is my distractor

I have a current confession/struggle and it’s that my smartphone is pulling me away from doing what I should be doing. I was hesitant to do this podcast episode, but I felt it was important. I’ve been using two strategies to help me, and they appear to be reasonably successful.   

I’d be interested if you had any ideas too. This is a short episode and I’ll also share with you my challenge with Netflix and why I can’t watch some of if.
