The Mentor/mentee relationships – leads to accountability and growth!! So we finally dive into the Mentor Mentee definitions.

Box 1: The Prep Mentee (someone who is ideally still in school/ Someone who’s not a professional yet. 

Box 2: The Young Buck Mentee: Someone who’s a young professional in your field, and shares the same core values as you.

Box 3: The Rookie Mentee: Someone who’s becoming a professional but is not in your specific professional field.  

 The Mentor/Mentee relationships is not only about giving back, but it’s also about also keeping the mentor accountable. And when your accountable as a leader, role model, and mentor, you have to grow, learn and stay responsible.
