Writer Meredith Cherry tells us about her mission to ride her horse, Apollo to all 48 contiguous states in 4 years to bring awareness to domestic violence and some funny stories that have happened along the way. She is loving The Untamed on Netflix. 

My Guest:Meredith Cherry is riding her horse Apollo through the lower 48 states for domestic violence awareness. She is calling the ride The Centauride. The ride is for domestic violence awareness. So far she has ridden to/through 31 states and over 8000 miles in the last three years. She is riding to domestic violence centers, women’s shelters, schools, and community centers to bring awareness about the realities of this issue and to provide hope to women dealing with the effects of DV in their own lives. They began their journey on January 1, 2017 and hope to complete the ride in late 2020.
