Welcome back, it's great to be back as we have all missed you. This month we talk about challenges.  We all face challenges in our business, our working life, family life and sometimes it can feel totally overwhelming.  In this month's podcast Millie shares with us her challenges of working full-time in a demanding job that gives her no time to set up and get her business going.  We discuss how due to the challenges that the four of us are facing we have made a decision about the podcast. Amanda shares with us how she often works out the cost of something on how many treatments that will take and Sarah shares that reaching out to family, friends and other therapist can help that feeling of being overwhelmed.
