I think it's amazing to see what's truly possible in this world when your mind is set to succeed. That's why I wanted to bring Jarred onto this show, because he embodies the "No Excuses" mentality. 

But like most of us, we all start somewhere, and there is always a storm before the sunshine.


Jarred let himself go for a long time, finding himself in a dark place mentally and physically being over 200# overweight. A little over a year ago he hit rock bottom and decided it was time for change... 210# down later... we get to talk about his journey, struggles, and victories over the last year and a half!
