Welcome Back Friends! This Episode is a good segway from the last because last episode where we talked about this exact thing in reference to the book, "Life's Great Question". Personally, I came to an understanding that there is no such thing as FINDING your passion. You can find your contributions and your passion for things follow. This may sound very abstract and metaphysical but maybe our passion finds us in a way. If we focus on finding our passion every day, we get stressed that we haven't found it, we don't know why or what interests us; HOWEVER, if we spontaneously run with what interests us and what contributes to helping others, maybe our passion finds us in that way. Passion is more like happiness and less like knowledge. Knowledge is acquired and we go after it. We want to learn how to change a tire of a car, so we can. Passion is hard to find. Its like finding happiness. We don’t find happiness. Happiness arises on its own when we feel content with life and our relationships in its current state. If one piece of the puzzle is missing from your life happiness (maybe even just for a moment) disappears and we become stressed, we become angry or sad or frantic and in a rush to complete something, but when we take a breath, realize we have a great opportunity of life, maybe we can be happier by accepting us for what we have. Similarly, like happiness where it comes from realizing what you have, passion comes when you realize you enjoy what you do and who you do it for.
