  1. Sunday.  Reset your spirit.  Brunch and calender check. Take care of yourself.  Do something nice for Monday Morning you.

    2. Daily Anchors.  Dinners together.  Walks.  1:1 Time.  Be a potted plant.  Dance Parties.               Lullabies.

 

    3.  Weekly Anchors.  Movie Nights.  Games Nights.  Text memes.  

 

    4.  Monthly Anchors.  Invest in community-- sleepovers, dinners, lunches out.  volunteering. Email your kids teachers notes of thanks. 

 

Self-Care:  Try out treating Monday morning you with kindness.

 

Family Fun: Pick a song of the month to learn a dance routine too.
